it'd be a lot easier to give you an estimate if we knew:

a. which intake you're running
b. which exhaust you're running
c. which Cat you're running
d. which tuning system you're running
e. which H22 you have
f. what other mods you have (eg pistons, rods, FI...)

etc...

not being a dick, Bruh, but different cars will make different amounts of power and show different gains depending on what kind of setup you're running before the cams.

my mods:

h22a
aem cai
dc sports 4-2-1 header
catback exhaust system with custom 2'' piping
stock p13 ecu
skunk2 cam gears

base run i dyno 170whp and 145tq

how much hp gain will i get from crower stage 1 cams or type s cams, p72 crome ecu, and b&m fuel pressure regulator with some tuning? i just want to see if it's worth spending the money...

take the money youd spend on cams and a fpr...add money from selling your dc header, and exhaust. then pony up for a better header and a larger exhaust and youll see about 195hp at the wheels with a good tuning

that really help, but i think i still want to stay to the setup i have in mind. i think i can get 180 off of that, even with my dc sports. i like it when the po po pop my hood and can't get me on anything....that happen a week ago, just got a ticket for no front license plate and my car being too low.
