I just installed cbr 954 itbs with stacks. I rewired the tps sensor. Plugged in all the vacuum lines. When I start it, it runs so so so rich it dies right away. Pulled the plugs and seen gas dripping off them. Any input on what would cause this. The map sensor is plugged in also.

 

There ITBs and need to be tuned. i had same itbs on my ls/vtec and same thing when i first started it but one thing to watch is that on bottom end it will be way rich and on top it will go way lean. After a little tuning it will be better.
