The F22 tranny works great with a turbo application. Milage is fine. If you don't buy that tranny let us know - we will buy it.

the milage won't have a huge increase over the h22 tranny. the gear ratios will be lower, and so will the engine rpms, but you will also use more throttle. i have a VAFC, which shows throttle %, and i have had both transmissions, and i can say in the end you will only see better milage on the freeway.
