My experiance with Tim was about as worst as it could get... I bought a "perfect condition LS swap" that had pretty bad scratched cams, from all the dirt, rocks, grass, ect. in the head, rusted out cylindars, a few missing parts, which only a few were replaced later on, and a few stripped bolt holes.. far from perfect.. an all I got was ignored Aims, and Ims, the few emails and phone calls along with messsages I made werent ever returned, I know he has a few good vouches, that are all from his buddys, but I have heard from a numerous amount of people personally that he hasnt handled his business situations with them very well either.. for ITR97-143, keep in contact with your customers.. specially after they have sent payment

hey gotnos....acctually divine might have had a point

someone on that thread said since he bought it at night that it was his fault. but under the UCC, a contract must have 4 elements to be considered a contract and one of the elements is consideration. Since it was at night, and he couldn't see the real condition of the motor and ITR97-143 knew there was something wrong... That is a breach in contract and would be enforeable in the courts. for you.

I dont know Tim personally, but He's been on here for around H-T for a while. He seems very reputable and there's alot of people willing to vouch for him. I wouldnt worry about it too much, something is probably up and he's a little behind on things.

And who said it wasnt disassembled, or are you assuming, assumption is the mother of all fk ups.. sounds quite a bit like you... parents assumed that one time with no condom wouldnt hurt anyone, but then everyone was hurt, when you were born..

I had it torn apart and looked at by a certified mechanic, and he had told me the block would need to be machined due to the rusted cylindars that had water in them, like the head did..

He forgot to give me parts that were supposed to be included the first time, or the 2nd time I met him, he wouldnt have gaven up ****

Gotnos, I clearly stated my problem with ITR97-143, and you along with reaction started to talk **** about it, just because Tim is your buddy, or because you wanted to act hard over the internet, talking **** like your going to do something, you got a big mouth on Ht Gotnos, I bet its the complete opposite in real life.. I was trying to help out also letting him know that Tim isnt the most reliable, it might take 2 months or more untill he gets his parts, but yes I'm sure he will get them in the long run, kinda like the kid who bought an Accord from Tim, and didnt get the rest of his parts till 2 years later..

And as for you reaction.. I'm a fkin dumba$$, and I have no clue..?

Your the one that assummed the story went the way you wanted it to go, you didnt bother taking the time out, finding what actually took place... So.. totally agreed, all I'm doing is backing myself up since everyone wants to talk ****, and take Tims side just cause hes their friend.. Gotnos2, you should probly just keep your mouth shut, you can have permission to open it, when its somewhat on the topic, and you arent rambling about nothing, at least act like reaction, and try to act like you know what your talking about, or assume a few things, so it can be a feeble attempt to try to flame..
