Ok, i can't see anything that could be causing this. Haven't checked the cat heatshield yet, just want to get more ideas as what to check.

The rattling started after i installed a new radiator, probably coincidence but who knows. When I turn the car on at a cold start, i get a rattling noise from what seems to be directly in front of the center console area in the engine bay.

Also, for some reason how hard i push in the brake pedal seems to affect the noise level, and that's what confuses me the most.

If it is the cat heatshield is there anything attached to the brake pedal that could be running the heatshield? Hepl me

check the radiator mounts, open the hood and run the car and trace it down.
