hey guys, I have a serious problem, we did a tranny swap in my DA a few weeks back, and today my car made a thud and it wouldnt go into any top gears (1 3 or 5) so i limped it back home, got it up on jackstands to find that the L bracket for the rear mount had completely come off, as in the 2 bolts that go into the tranny were completely gone. I think I may no why but I need some more conformations. On the 90-93 integra the bolts that hold it in are a 12x1.25 and i think that the ones for the hydro tranny we installed are a 14x1.25. Can anyone confirm the threads on the 2 lower bolts of the L bracket on a hydro tranny. I would really appreciate it and im sure my motor would like to be back in place.

I bought some rear bracket bolts for my DA from the local Ace and 12 X 1.25 does ring a bell. I remember that I just looked up the specs for the bolts on one of the online Acura Dlr parts websites.

yeah thats what i did, only i found that for the da, which are the bolts i used, its a 12x1.25, but i looked up the same bolt for the hydro tranny, and it was a 14x1.25 so i think thats why the mount is no longer attached

never mind i compared the Gsr helms to the Da helms and found that those 2 bolts and those 2 bolts only are different. On the DA they are a 12x1.25, on a 00 gsr they are a 14x1.5, not sure how and the hell those guys even tightened those bolts
