Default Turbo my zc or swap.

I currently own a si eg hatcxh with a zc swap. I am bored of its 129 hp and like 105 tq and want something faster. Ive been hearing that with a gsr swap it would run high 13's but i am also interested in Turbo charging. My budget is 2500 cdn founds max so what do u guys think would be the better thing to do. It is a daily driver but it is stored in the winters. Any reccomendations where i can purchase a b18c1 or a turbo? Or should i make my own turbo?

Thanx for the help and i really appreciate it.

depends on how much you know about turbo.. piecing it together should be fairly inexpensive.

if you want a fast car swap and later on turbo it later. but if you want a ok car now get a turbo (but get ready for alot of problems)

boost it, youll be happier with 200whp for $1500 than maybe what 145-150whp with a b16 swap, since 2500 wont get you a complete gsr swap and d series parts are cheaper, you could build the d and boost more later on

talk to this guy!!, he has a zc swpa and boost and knows what he is doing!!!!

How do you figure he's going to have a lot of problems?

ONLY problems I had were that my head was lifting and that the O ring on my fuel return got knicked during the installation so I had to replace it.

That's on a 230k+ motor.

I was going to swap, but decided not to. I love my boosted D series. How much power do you want to make in the end? Full-Race built a SOHC for the show pinks and put down 460hp on stock sleeves.
