How to tell P72 from PR3 cams???

How to tell P72 from PR3 cams???
ok well i blew the block on my usdm gsr motor. I was tearing it down the other day and i happened to look at the markings on the cam gear. It says PR3. I looked arounf the block and all the other markings say P72.....How can i tell what cams i have in my motor?
