it wasn't listed on my maintenance chart, or in the scheduled maintenance in the helms (at least i didnt see it) but at that mileage, i would do it regardless just as a peace of mind.

I had mine go up to 294K before experiencing a leak in the HG.
Check the compression of your motor....It'll help determine the condition.
