Default auto to manual conversion

I was wondering what has to be done to completely swap a manual into an auto car, it is a 99 integra ls. my buddy got the car for cheap and wants to oput a manual trans in it. what parts do you need for this swap

manual HYDRO trans
flywheel
clutch
clutch master cylinder
clutch lines
brake fluid (for clutch)
pedal assembly
manual ECU
shifter
shift linkage
shift boot
manual gauge cluster (optional)

that about sums it up. judging by your post count you didnt bother to Seach, did you?

now i see why everyone on honda-tech is a complete ********, becuase of the noobs who dont search
