no my cousin has a 96ek and got 99 headlights off the internet that were hella sick and they didnt fit soo he gave them to me for cheap and fits my 99 ek

 

Hood fenders and bumpers are different. 96-98 has a different cut that 99-00. You need to get the whole front of a 99-00.$$$$$

 

yes, two ways. Bolt on, for it to bolt on you need more then jus headlights, lf n rt fenders, hood, n bumper. if not then u gonna have to cut up your fenders hood n bumper a bit to get them to fit, you'll wanna jus get the hood n fenders n bumper. it'l;l look better. n while you're at it jus get the tails too, n dash ceneter consol to make it look more like a 99-00, jus my teo cents. goodluck!
