Default dohc zc in to eg instead of vx motor pro and cons

a guy i know has a dohc zc full swap with 140000km on the motor and he said he would givwe it to me for 400. is this a good deal??? he said it is for an eg....do they perform well?? do the dizzy's go alot??? i had one in my ef and my dizzy went three times in one year...a bit much i think. anywayz...i am assumnig this motor is better to swap into an eg si instaed of a vx motor...correct?? please give me some intput here guyz...thanx

zc = jdm = no workey in california
vx = best mileage
zc = bigger
zc = 2 cams = more tuning
vx = best mileage
zc = 2 cams = more power
vx = VtaK = ...VtaK
zc = $400 = vx

zc = performance / hard to get parts
vx = reliability / better mileage / easier to get parts

neither dizzy is better or worse, 3 times in a year is using used dizzies, not bad honda.
