Where can you get the tape that goes inbetween the molding or what can be substituded.

Something rigid? i cant think of anything besides red electrical tape. This would work for maybe a half hour.

Any suggestions?

i used this on my hatch and it works like gangbusters. it just rained/snowed and its still on there great.

another plus is that its only like 6 bucks for a fifty ft. roll. and any auto paint store will have it.

 

why not just paint it on?

This place called Award Master in San Diego will make you a custom pinstripe. All you need to do is call them with the dimensions and color that you want and they will have it ready for you in no time. If your out of state I am sure that they can ship if for you for a small fee. they are a really big company that specializes in Import banners and stickers so tackling a pinstripe would be a piece of cake for them. Just a suggestion. Thats where I will be gettting mine. Good Luck

The color can vary depending on what color your car is. I would say just put a pin stripe that will compliment your car. There are several other options then a red pin stripe. A black car with a silver pinstripe looks good.
