Default Help with diagnosing noises

Sup peoples. I have 3 distinct noises coming from my JDM gsr b18c swapped EJ8. I'm trying to get some help diagnosing these sounds so that I can figure out where to start with repairing my car.

1. The first is a squealing, whining type of sound. It can be heard when I accelerate ( about half way from idle to WOT, if i was to keep my foot constant then I'd probably go to 4k - 5k rpm ) It's high pitched but not overly loud. It can be heard especially between 2k - 3k rpm. It only happens when I'm on the gas and if I let off the gas and get back on it can be heard again. If i accelerate slowly then I don't hear anything. It seems to be coming from the passenger side of the engine bay.

2. The second is a knocking type of sound. I don't think it's actual knock from the engine because from what I heard, that is very lound, vibrates the car and occurs regardless of if your on the gas or not. This happens only when I'm on the gas. The noise usually only occurs if my rpms are leveling off ( staying at a constant 2.5k ) and usually inbetween 2k - 3k rpm. It also normally only occurs when the car has been run for a couple of minutes. I can never get the noise to repeat itself when the car is parked and in neutral. But I can if I'm driving, the noise comes back, I let the car out of gear but keep my foot so the car stays at the same Rpm level....I just can't seem to keep that noise going until I stop. The funniest part is my car did make a very similar sound before I swapped engines so I don't know what to think...

3. The third is a grinding type of sound that sounds like it's coming from the tranny/clutch. It ONLY does this the first couple of minutes when the car is cold, when I'm engaging the clutch in 1st and when I turn. Unless I let out the clutch and use real low amounts of gas to get into first my car will make this sound as the clutch engages.

I'm not going to say what I think it is just so I don't make your thoughts bias and I do realize that It's hard to give me a good answer over the internet but any help would be appreciated. ThAnKs!

I know the Timing belt was replaced. The Ac/Ps/alternator belts seemed good when I looked at them but the squealing seems to be coming from something else. Besides, I would think the belts would squeal constantly, if it was them.

what could be wrong with my axles and what/where would i check?

For some reason I doubt that the synchros are going because I can launch in first like I'm driving the 1/4 and it feels smooth. I thought it was the clutch all along but I wanted to see if anyone had said anything about the flywheel.

I never thought of that...The same would go for the other belt tensioner.... What do they normally sound like? I know when i had a problem with the other tensioner it was a way higher pitched and much louder sound.
