I have cleaned the IACV valve, i didnt spray inside it i only got a qtip soaked with carb cleaner and cleaned off the carbon diposits on the screen. Anyway my idle is 50/50 anymore. Sometimes it idles at spec other times it idles alittle bit low. It seems to run better when its warmer. Right now its abour 40 here so its not too bad, it seems to idle worse when its in the teens or 20s. Anyway tonight i was sitting in the car the engine was pretty much warmed up. I pumped the brakes and noticed the idle rose and kept rising until i stoped pumping the brake and then when i released the brake the idle dropped very low, almost stalling. Could my problem be some type of vacumm leak ? If not what would u guys try next ?
This is normal. Everytime you press the brake, a small amount of air is sucked into the intake from the power brake booster. Pumping the brake naturally increases this amount of air, thus raising the idle speed.

bump
Today im sitting at a light and moved the steering wheel and idle went up and down dramatically. Also the car was steadily idling at around 400-500 rpms, very rough idle. The temp this morning was in the low 30s, and seems to get worse the colder it is. Also it takes a good 10 mins to warm up.

Pull the IACV and clean it out thoroughly with choke cleaner, not just the screen. With the engine warm unplug the IACV and set your idle to ~450 to 550 RPM. Plug it back in and clear your code. Crank it up and after your ECU settles down, you should be idling around 750 RPM. If your idle does not come up after plugging it back in, check for voltage at the connector with the key on. If you have voltage, you may have a bad IACV.
