Default camshafts and cam gears

is it really worth it to put aftermarket camshafts and cam gears on n/a application........i have a 95' civic hatch with h22

yes, aftermarket cams are all about the duration and lift of the valves

Yea it is. You need ones with a long duration and small lift. Or is it short duration and bigger lift for a NA app. I forget which.
