do u guys think its worth the money???? or jus go with aftermarket

Personally, I don't think it is worth it. Either keep the engine stock internally or do it right the first time and build the head, put some worthwhile cams in, tune it, and call it a day.

That's how I feel about cracking open engines.

Pistons are worth it, cams are a waste of time.....I had those pistons and had them in the block for 600, less than 1/3 of forged. But now adays Id go with the Mahle pistons over the type S units.....wish they were out when I did my block

the mahle pistons are much too iffy for me...without it being able to be confirmed to be used, no one is really looking to install them...

i think the type S pistons are decent for the price, and you can get a bit more compression from other places
