Default Im New And I Have A EF Hatch Project :)

Hey all I am new here I just recently acquired a 91' Hatch Base Model. I got it for free from my friend who yanked out the blown motor and 4 speed tranny. The body is perfect except for one little fender bender on the passenger qp. I am pretty much making it my street legal race car! I have a 2002 Toyota MR-S I drive daily with full suspension and Advan SA3R's and all kinds of crap LOL. The plans for the hatch are as follows. I will have the swap next weekend hopefully from my friend.

JDM B16A Swap OBD1 W/ Hydro Tranny
Stage 2 Exedy Clutch
OEM Water Pump
OEM Timing Belt Kit
ARP Head Studs

^Should Have Next Weekend^

Metal Head Gasket
Hasport Cable To Hydro Conversion
AZ Race Machine Mounts
AZ Linkages
RAXLES Swap Axles
91' SI Hubs And Knuckles
Hasport Header
Hasport Rear Sheetmetal Mount
Skunk2 Cam Gears
AEM Fuel Rail
AEM FP Regulator
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Competition Engineering 8 Point Weld In Cage
Fresh Paint In And Out

The list may grow but for now thats the plans. I change my mind a lot so we will see. By the way the hatch is red. Let me know what you guys think of my plans.

I am actually going today after I leave work to get the car from my friends house and take it to my shop. I have decided to go with the Skunk2 style flat black paint job.

Well I have decided to abandon this project. Instead I am just gonna buy my friends EG VX Hatchback. It runs and drives and has no probs whatsoever plus I can get it really cheap. If anybody needs EF parts I am parting this car out. Keep in mind it has no rust at all.
