I believe those are the ones I installed on my sisters Altima a few years back. They're fine for a DD I think.

not sure the expected life but i use that on my accord and civic.... never keep a car long enough to see how long they last but last accord i had, put around 50k on it and brakes were still good so on the civic should last alot longer then that... less brake dust also....

ThermoQuiets are supposedly some of the best pads on the market.

We stock them where I work and we sell them like hot cakes. Wagner has been making brake products for a long long time and these are their newest pads.

In fact, I'm going to buy some for my car pretty soon since mine are wearing out.

We have sold thousands of sets of these and had nothing but positive feedback from them.

I'd trust them 100%.

I'm with wilcox on this one, I sold Wagner pads for years and these are supposedly the best of the best. I wouldnt hesitate to buy them if they are what is available to you locally and they used to have a lifetime warranty too! So definitely go for them in that case and abuse the hell out of them.

What store(s) carry these? Mid-Michigan sucks for import parts.

I've been running my set for over a year now. no problems. plus yes they're offered with a lifetime warranty. when they wear out if you still have your receipt take them back and get a new pair for free.

Would these pads be alright for the occasional Auto-X as well or more of a DD w/ low dust/noise?

I sell these things at Sears and they are amazing. I have them on my EJ8 with some advance auto rotors, and it stops like a dream. They should come with a limited lifetime warranty but im not sure. I talked to the guys down at Orielly autoparts after I bought mine from work and they quoted me like $40 I belive. Go to http://www.oreillyauto.com and see what they go for. There main goal on these pads is not to squeak and to last a long time. Want more info PM me.

I have them and they work fine. I am hard on my brakes because I am usually in a hurry driving from place to place and they are just fine. They work very well and they are cheap!

if you use the OEM shims and anti-vibration compound, no pads should make noise at all.

With pads you either get low dust, long life, acceptable stopping; or, acceptable life, high dust, great stopping. I go for the latter. PBR/Axxis metalmasters stop much better than any other pad I've tried. Unfortunately theyre asbestos and they dust ALOT. So I'm willing to try something else but not something called "quiet" because of my first statement.
