Ok, i took my windshield wipers off to paint them and when i put them back on now they screech against the window. I don't think i torqued them down the correct amount. Does anyone know the exact amount that they should be torqued down?

 

The arm hits the window? Or the blades screech? When you put the arms back on, you have to bend them up, wiggle them on, put the bolt on and snug it down (~15 ft lbs)
