1996 Honda Civic EX(chassis about 70k miles)NO RUST
-auto to stick swap by Garage Kwai(have papers)

no check engine wired properly and everything working. The AC unit is hooked up but the belt that runs it has been cut. there is no Power Steering and all the power option works.
