Alright guys , i'm doin a auto to manual conversion ... while going through the parts list everything looks good but i just had confusion on two of the parts listed ... I do have several different auto to manual list but they vary a little bit in parts but one part that i'm getting stuck on is

what are floorboard cups ?

it says there's a top & bottom floorboard cup needed and everyone i know whose parting a car has no idea what they are and neither do i .

my second problem is, Front lower tranny mount

now i'm not 100% sure but is this the one where i get the conversion mount for it or is that the upper tranny mount ? i dunno ... i just needa little clarification before i got off and buy the wrong parts / ask for the wrong parts ... so if you guys could help me i'd greatly appreciate it - Thanks Justin

you need the upper tranny mount for the conversion. pm JDMCARBOY he has a good price on the Hasport mount.

 

1. Only thing i could think of being the "floorboard cup" is the rubber piece that holds the shifter in place. Its not a complete emergency to have them but they help. Thats the only thing i could think of as a floorboard cup.

2. The main mount is the upper tranny mount. Thats what Hasport makes.
