whats the best way to gain torque

please dont say turbo cause i cant afford all that. just looking for some simple bolt ons that will give my d16z6 a little more torque

air intake... exhaust .. headers if your on a super tight budget

I recommend saving and swaping

honda..... torque..... HAHAHAHA, but nitrous would be my answer if you don't plan on keeping the engine for too much longer.
