Default Custom NA intake manifold, interested in fab'ing for me?

**NO LONGER NEED MANIFOLD, BEYOND MY CURRENT BUDGET** Thanks to all who replied.

I have been trying to get the last few HP out of my 202whp 1.8 B-series. I know a lot of you guys are very skilled fabricators. I was thinking one of you guys could build me a manifold for less than $1000 that would be more affordable and more practical for me than a ITB setup. I could provide my b16 manifold as a core for the flange and any other uses.

I had a few ideas I'm interested in for the manifold:
Each runner ends with a velocity stack raised off the plenum floor.
Utilizes a mustang throttle body bolt pattern for an affordable 70mm TB.
Has direct port nitrous bungs ready. (100 shot for extra fun when needed )
Throw any ideas you may suggest in as well.

Thanks for looking and hope some of you may have some interest.

I don't know that you would need someone to build one. Full-Race makes one already that has nearly all the requirements you listed, and is sub-$1000. Check that one out.

at 202 whp . the intake manifold isn't what's holding you back. Not saying you shouldn't get one , but we've made 235whp+ on stock ITR manifolds

What's your set up ?

I would believe although mine may not be "holding me back" an optimized IM could potentially give me some decent gains. I think i'm not getting the full benfit of the head port and polish without a port/polished intake manifold. Also I'd like a custom one so the nitrous bungs could be integrated in the manifold.
1847cc
11.2:1 compression
81.4mm stroke b17a crank
85mm bore GE sleeves
portflow port & polish, valve job, b16 head
RMF header
2.5 straight through exhaust
AEBS intake manifold
Blox B cams (copy of skunk2 stage 2's)
Fully tuned with neptune.
Whale ***** CF intake.
64mm civic si overbored throttle body

Here's the dyno

Yeah, the full-race sounds like what your lookin for.
But you know the AEBS has the nitrous bungs on the bottom, and u could send it off to import builders or somethin and have em cut it, port the hell out of it, and weld it. Just make sure its port matched

Good luck

try looking at the tech43 kit.

Seems to be that its the cam's and compression thats holding you back.

Where did you get those velocity stacks? What's the ID on those? Those aren't RMR ones, or are they?
