OK.. I did a short search for the RDX and didn't run up ONE post on HT... WTF
This is a turbocharged Honda engine straight from the factory, 240hp, 260 ft-lbs, padddle shifters and SHAWD
only problem, its a sport cute
Still a bold new stepp foor Honda though

there was a thread about this in the FI section.
But still... does this thing have a K-series engine? ANd I'm not sure exactly what SH-AWD is, so how hard would it be to implement in our FWD cars (assuming it is a 2.3 liter K-series engine to which this SH-AWD can be affixed)
It'd be cool to have AWD...and even cooler to have super-handling
--- seriously I gotta research exactly what this "SH" business is...

Why does everyone think that Honda doesn't do turbochargers? Both the Legend and the City came turbocharged. The Legend's turbo was somewhat interesting, having no wastegate and internal "fins" that moved to either directed exhaust flow at the blades, or allowed them to pass freely around them, so it didn't cause backpressure when boost wasn't needed.

the SH AWD, fom the RL, is basically a very complex rear differential, that can change the speeds of the input drive shaft, as well as, each axle speed, independantly. This allows the computer to put adjust where the power goes. As far as I know, its a locked differential, and I'm assuming that, like the CRV, there is no center diff either.
