how much work will this be?

i got a dude who has a 96 dx and hes gonna put a swap in it...hes gonna get rid of the d16xx (z6,y8, i dunno) in it for cheap...will everything work on my ef?

ur gonna need a cable d series tranny and clutch line if u dont already have one
