Top nipple=vacum source
bottom nipples=fuel line before fuel pressure regulator

You haven't been running a boosted motor without any EMS have you??

the return line from the fuel pressure pressure goes to the center nipple under the fmu .....then get another hose and connect to the other nipple under the fmu and the end back to the fpr.....as far as the vacuum just a get a t split and right between the fpr and the intake manifold.
