I have a 2000 civic ex with 45000 miles on it

a couple months ago my check engine light went on... I checked the code it gave me crank position sensor problem... First thing I did was checking that the alternator strap did not cut the wire because it was out the the timing belt cover, but everything was ok.

Now the engine cuts off at 3500 and is dies sometimes one idle... Are those symptoms of a faulty crank position sensor... look like i'm running on limp mode.


I also found something weird the other day... My left engine mount was broken and all my staps were getting off the crank pulley because the alternator pulleywas was squished... Can this all be related? Was the car accidented and badly repared?
