Default How to check Cooling Fan Relay?

My cooling fan won't turn on in my civic. I'd like to check if the relay is good or bad so I can determine if I need a new one or a new thermoswitch. I jumped the plug at the thermoswitch and both the a/c and cooling fans turn on. How can I check the relay, and is it located above the radiator fan?

If you jumped the thermoswitch and the fans
came on then it is probably the thermoswitch..

You jumped the switch and it runs..
That in itself indicates the relay is working..

the radiator fan relay doesn't show up too well in these pictures - it is on the inner fender panel behind the passenger side headlight - the condenser fan relay is on the bulkhead between the headlight and radiator
