Well there the link to my probelm...basically i assembled the motor went to put the engione harness on and i noticed it was messed up....in the link there are pics to show what im taking about..i just need to know if its a major problem or i dont have to worry about it

that appears to be the knock sensor and yes you need it.

yep knock sensor and if your running the stock ecu you need it. If you run a chipped ecu you wont need it.

agreed knock sensor, and agreed that you need it for no CEL
