Default COde 43 How to check if O2 sensor is faulty? Please help!!!!!1

Im getting a code 43 on my 95 prelude h23 non-vtec. The car runs fine, starts fine, everything is fine. When i first crank up the car my A/f gauge does what its sposed too it will start swinging back and forth like normal then after it seems to get to a certain temperature which is fully warm the gauge will go to lean and just sit there. Then code 43 pops up on me. Is there any way i can check this sensor possibly with a multimeter?
