Default ABS system problem

maybe someone can help me out here. i have a 95 honda accord ex with 166k on it. Two months ago my abs light came on and i heard a buzzing noise coming from inside the car. Now the ABS light stays on all the time, even when starting up the car first thing. I checked the codes and nothing. Checked the sensors, cleaned them and tested them. they are all good. Now I am thinking it might be either the ABS pump or modulator. Can anyone help me further dignose the problem please? what are the reapir cost that i'm looking at? I have searched through posts but still not sure of what my problem is..... any ideas?

Do your brakes still work normally? Sometimes on Hondas if something's messed up w/ the ABS, the light will illuminate and the anti-lock function won't work, but the brakes will still work. Such is the case w/ my 1992 EX sedan. If your brakes don't feel right, though, get it dianosed.

yea brakes still work fine, doesnt really feel different. I tried pulling the codes and at first i got a code for the front right wheel sensor no 41. thjats why i checked the sensors by cleaning them and testing them You pull the codes by going under the glove box on the pasenger side? What makes me wonder now is that buzzing noise i got from inside the car 2 months ago,

Have you made certain the ABS unit has brake fluid in it. I had the same problem recently and it was due to a lack of fluid in the ABS unit.

Does the buzzing noise happen everytime you start up the car? Or was it just the one time?

If it happens all the time, it's most likely the pump. If not, then my best guess is an ABS wheel speed sensor. Accords are notorious for killing those things. Mine has been gone for a long time, and at 125$ a pop I'm happy to live without the ABS.
