Water leak.. water in floorboard!
Nearly every time it rains im getting water in my floorboard. Ive searched and it seems to be a common problem, but i havent been able to find a solution! Who else is having this problem.. and if so, how (if you have) did you remedy it? Thanks
my hatch is rusted where the rain gutters meet the windshield. pull the rubber coated metal strips out and check for rust there. i'm waiting for a new windshield before i fix the rust in mine. i just siliconed it for the time being.
it could be from a nunber of places. where on the floorboards? passenger side? driver's side? hatch area? find a friend and get a hose. have him hold the hose over the car. start at the windshield and work ur way around slowly. hit eh cowl too. make sure to go over the doors and hatch glass. removing some interior pieces may be necessary. water leaks can be a pain in the *** sometimes. post up what area the leak is coming from and may be able to help more.

Mine seems to get water in the rear driver side hatch area. I haven't really investigated, but at first glance it seems the stripping is a bit chewed up, so that may be a start if not silicone.
mine if you leave the sunroof sliding cover open and it rains water puddles up on top of the cover and when you go to close it water falls down on you, but i dont have any problems when its closed, so its mostly closed
