best trans and ecu for lsvtec

i got a 90 hatch and i was wandering what the best trans and ecu would be for it i'm doing the swap soon so all the info i can get will help.

go obd1 and get a p28, and run a chip

if i were to keep it obd0 it came with a brand new dizzy what ecu could i use i just need it to be my fast dd thanks if not were would be the best place to buy a custom chip
