Default buy an ef 4 door?

I am looking at buying this EF 4 door LX. 1990

the good:
JDM XS-i B16 swap with LSD
intake, thermal exhaust
brand new OEM from honda Clutch kit.
Fresh factory dark silver paint with a little flake
mint interior!
Very nice body... no dents and no rust.
bout 50K on block and has completely rebuilt head.
AND!!!!!! He is the second owner EVER! Only 85K origional miles on body!

The bad:
Has a very ugly body kit and very ugly wheels.(comes with stock front bumper)
Stock suspension
Fuel gauge doesnt work

His price is $3500 what do you guys think?

Also, can i put a crx front bumper on it? Or any lip? What do you guys think it would run? Has no power steering(manual rack too) and no A/C I am a pretty good driver too.

Car sounds hot. I'd consider it. Especially with no rust!

A front lip from a DA teg will bolt right up, just requires cutting the ends to fit, and bending just a bit. Looks great.

I'm in the process of switching my power steering rack for a manual one (whole crossmember swap). Great find.

Yea, I think I am going to get it. What would it run in the 1/4 mile? I am guessing 15.0 ish.
