cel code 15 (change distruibitor but still have same problem)
I searched and found that code 15 was usually the ignition module, so i went ahead and chaged the the whole distruibitor, I reseted the ecu and to my surprice i test drive the car and there it goes again the car looses power and if i step on the throtle is looses even more power and it starts to kind of back fire but if i let go of the gas pedal and then i floor it, after a second that my foot is on the floor the car grabs power and it goes but it keeps on doing that constantly. by the way The car was in an accident and the main relay went out wich i replaced, I also have tried a different ECU and still the same thing I even took out the whole ingine harness to check for shorts or wires touching and everithing is fine. and last but not least i have checked every fuse inside and out. please help any one!!!!!!!!!!!

I have almost the same problem but the code 15 does not come on anymore. I haven't replaced the ECU but the car wont start with the IAC (EACV) plugged in. See my post here https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1494931

well the thing about this car is that its starts fine no matter what and i don have that fuel issue just that lack of power afte driving it for a while thent that code pups up again.
Have you followed the procedure outlined in a manual like the Helm yet for a code 15?
The reason I ask is because you've said you replaced two distributors already. Making me think the problem lies somewhere else, possibly something like the Helm manual describes. IDK, but it's worth a shot.
In my 95 Accord Helm manual, it says to...
Disconnect the 2p plug from the distributor.
Turn the ingnition switch on.
Measure voltage between BLK/YEL (+) terminal and body ground.
Is there battery voltage?
If yes: then you would need a test harness to continue, don't know if you have that so I won't go any further.
If no: Repair open in BLK/YEL wire between the 2P connector and ignition switch.
The above instructions apply to the F22B1 motor, the procedure is slightly different for the F22B2 motor. I know you don't have a F22B1 but I was thinking it may be similar to yours because the F22B1 uses an internal coil (like yours) while the F22B2 uses an external coil. Maybe someone with a Helm manual for a 91 Accord can tell me if what I've posted can be applied to a 91 Accord or not.
Don't know if this will help you or not, but I thought I would post it incase.
