will a mx-3 RS 1.6l clutch fit a civic?
there's no such thing as a stupid question so please don't flame .... my friend has a mx-3 RS 1.6l clutch that he didn't use and doesn't have his mx-3 anymore ... wanted to know if that would fit my EG civ?

it could. if the input shaft is the same size and if the disc is the same size... why not just buy an oem replacement?? it's not that expensive.

cuz it's a stage1 that he has ... if anything yea ill get an exedy oem replacement off ebay ... but just exploring some options

What's a "stage 1"? Do you know anything about clutches? You do know that different companies have different "stages" and it's a terrible way to explain what it is you're trying to get.
I seriously doubt it's going to fit.
