What's the process to make it legal? Has anyone done it (personal experiance)? How much did it cost?

Just been seeing too many damn cars that look so yummy for sale for so cheap... ei. 90 rex sir for 2000, 96 hatch sir 6100, 94 integra zx? 1500

 

the cost of importing would ruin those excellent deals

 

I know in canada it is a pain the *** and in the styates its probly worse because you guys have stricter emmissions than us. It would definatly be cool though.

 

if it was in any way easy/reasonable, everyone would be doing it....
