Default Selling price?

Say I were to put my R up for sale, what would be a fair asking price for a PY 01 with just over 36k fully stock in mint condition?

Here's what KBB has to say.

I wouldn't budge from 17-18k for that vehicle, realistically.

Others will tell you to ask for more, but you prob. won't see more than 18. Good luck

You might have to hold out for a little while. Usually the lowballers come up front first.

KBB is not accurate in estimating values for our cars.

Stock cars in mint condition go for a premium. If it's truly mint condition, I would say you ought to be able to get somewhere between $18,500 and $19,500, maybe even $20K. Also, keep in mind that most folks expect you to negotiate down from the asking price you include when you list it. If you're not in a hurry at all, I would try listing it for $20,995 obo and see how it does; you can always drop the price later. If you're in a hurry because you really need the money, I would post it for $19,995 obo, and hold out for at least $19K for the first few weeks. You'll probably get it.

My best suggestion, and I've sold 3 cars this way... use auto trader. Put it in the magazine and the internet. I think it cost me $45 for 3 months. I agree with these guys as well. If your not in a hurry to sell, ask a price of say 21k if it's absolutely mint. Include stock in your description. You'll get offers, trust me. Hold out and get the price you want.
