stock jdm itr + hondata = increase?
is it worth getting getting a hondata with a jdm itr swap with just a iceman intake system and custom exhaust with stock muffler with cutout? will there be any increases worth the hondata?
and which is the best hondata system, s1, s2 or s3?

A good tune is always worth it. I wouldn't limit yourself to hondata though. Find a reputable tuner, find what they wish to use... and go with that.
I personally use Crome(obd1) and TurboEdit(obd0)... but I tune my own cars.

any engines is different so with a good tune of air/fuel management you should be happy with the result because a stock engine run a little bit rich for getting it reliable and long life but you can play with it

This is too hard to say. There are hidden variables that none of us can take into account.
I would think that your increase is definately going to be noticable. Though why not thow on a quality header along with everything else?

You will notice an increase in your butt dyno. But more importantly, you'll be getting better fuel efficiency too. The stock maps seem to run a tad rich, and you should be getting in the low 30's (mpg) city driving after tuning.
