First off all I want to request pics of 94-01 4door Integras with H&R race springs... sorry if this has been done already but I didn't find it and I know it's annoying when people ask to see pics of a certain car with certain springs but meh

Also, for people who have run H&R race springs with stock shocks, how was the ride? How long did the shocks last before they blew up? TIA to everyone who helps out

 

you can't run h&r race springs with stock shocks they will blow like, in a day,
i believe the rate sare 450F-350R or 450F-400R,

i personally i have h&r racing springs on agx's and they feel good, koni's are a better choice if you have the extra $$$..

 

save yourself the time of installing twice and get new shocks first

 

That's what I was thinking myself, but I saw a few people say they ran them with stock shocks so I thought I'd ask.

SilverDc2 - so are the agx's good for them? I *also* heard that the H&Rs will not work on those either. I guess I've been *hearing* a lot of stuff lately so that's why I made this thread, to ask.

 

yea its feels pretty good, i've had them for a while now, my friend had tockico blues and they are too bouncy,

agx's and h&r go the best so i've heard,

koni & ground control/eibach and h&r & agx's

I have H&R springs on my coupe and it rides smooth, but getting new shocks would be nice.

 

I have A set of AGX shocks for sale along with GR2 rears.

ALso have a set of H&R sport Springs to go with it

they are already mounted and I will sell them with tophats.

running stiff spring rates on stock strut will not blow out the struts.

bottoming out on stock struts blows them out.

*with that said... i used to have stock struts w/ h&r race springs(red ones) and they rode pretty good.

yeap i agree, people say stock shocks are that bad but if the shocks dont have many miles on them, they will only blow if you bottom out.
