Default * ZC HELP!! *

Whats up, it's me again.. I've got an '89 hatch with a ZC swap. I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction or even drop a list of some parts i could use to beef it up a little bit without boosting or spraying.. (etc. cams, cam gears, valvetrain blah blah blah)
And i'm not a little kid so dont just sit there and waste your time saying :" get a header intake and exhaust, lowering springs"......... (like i just did lol) i know all the basic ****, i really just wanna know more about the mainstream honda **** i can do to it.. cmon honda-techies help me! thanks...Jay

Gude performance sells cams for the DOHC ZC they go as 89 integra parts i beliee
Gude also has some other little stuff but its really hard to find prts for a DOHC ZC
If you have a SOHC ZC parts for a d16 a or z6 im not to sure but the crx si parts fit the SOHC ZC

If it's a SOHC ZC anything for a D16A6 will work. If it's DOHC ZC then your out of luck since the aftermarket is rare for that car. Save up and buy a B16A.

i bought some web cam regrinds for mine. they were great from about 3-7500 rpms....you have to send in your cams to get them regrinded, unless you have an extra set laying around....you can also find some good deals on rods/pistons/cams/cam gears on ebay usually for the zc, otherwise parts are pretty rare.
