Does anyone know where these rims came from/originate? Are they any good?
Is it a popular brand?

they are great wheels. stylish, pretty cheap, fairly light, plenty strong (have yet to ssee any crack or break), and are available in 15x7.

if you look at the old buddy clubs, they were identical to the Kosei save for being dual lug pattern. Neither Kosei or Buddy Club make wheels. they both buy them from the same manufacturer. there's actually very few wheel manufacturers in the world. (also why you have "knockoffs" of rotas, same manufacturer, diff. name on the wheel / sold by diff. company).
