i have a 91 dx engine, D15b2 and it was an automatic,
so do i have to change the flywheel before i change it to a 5speed?

You need a manual flywheel..And I think autos have flexplates, not flywheels..

Correct (what ^he^ said) You will also need to use FLYWHEEL bolts, not the flexplate bolts.
You will also need clutch cable, pedal box, shift linkage and level/****, should do ECU, tranny, to list a few things.
