Power steering rack

Is it possible to change out the Power steering rack right side cylinder end seal (89 Accord 4dr LX) while still mounted in the car? Thanks for any help.

If it were available, no. You don't have a straight shot at the business end to use the correct seal drivers, let alone remove the inner tie rod to gain access.

One thing to note. If the shaft which moves thru these seals in scratched or scored, the reseal will NOT be successful.
