Default how are these compression results?

Results are (1st starting from the distributor):

1st cylinder: 190
2nd cylinder: 205-210
3rd cylinder: 205-210
4th cylinder: 205-210

What could cause cylinder 1 to be so low? are those readings still good?

I was able to get around a 205 reading one time on 1st cylinder, but i did it 3 times and the rest were around 190.

sounds alright to me. cylinders almost never have the same compession, but yours seem prettly close. i wouldn't worry about cylinder 1.
