SHOULD i change my tranny

i have a stage 3 (XTD clutch) for a 90 accord.is it bad for the car or is it ok...

First I have to fathom what the &^%* you're asking.
What's wrong, and what makes you think you need either Clutch and/or Transmission repair.
Although they work together, they are mutually exclusive (one can be worked on without the other).
See if you can put a finer point on your question.
