Default Foggy headlights need help

my headlights are very foggy. It looks like there some white film or something that built up on the inside of the headlight. Is there anyway i can get inside the headlight and clean it? Ive seen some other sites but it requires that i take off the bumper! looks like a hassle, anyone know another way?

link from FAQ.
the only way to remove the headlights is to remove the bumper. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to remove the entire bumper. in my opinion, opening up the headlights to clean them is a more rigorous job than to remove the bumper.

it might just need a buff. take some 1000 grit sand paped an wet sand it. them buff it. that will clean it up.
