Default project cheap Jeep!!!

So I know alot of you aren't into 4x4's and you're missing out cause it's a ton of fun until you break parts

Anyway, I just wanted to post some pics of the build I just finished, with the help of a few friends in just under a week. The objective was to keep it under 5 grand including the purchase price of the jeep and have a good DD/trail machine.

I found a 93 Grand (zj) for 1600 bucks, had to put new break lines, ball joints, u-joints, switches for the power options (scored at the wreckers). Then went ahead and ordered a 3 inch Ranchero lift and some TSL 31 inch superswampers and skyjacker quick releases for the front swaybar. So with around 600 bucks to spare, I took her out on her first run today.....

few of the other trucks.....

</TD></TR></TABLE> ya it's the 6 cyl 4.0L... It goes pretty good, but with only the 3 inch lift and 31's you can't go in the big holes.. you'd high center the truck as soon as you drop in the hole..
