i just picked up a 93 vigor, the trans doesnt have reverse. wondering if anyone know how to fix this without replacing trans??? put some fix stuff inthere, actually went into gear for a minute, then wouldnt do it again- feels like a third gear start and it moves forword in reverse!! any ideas people!!?? please help. (auto trans btw)

 

go take it to a shop. Most likely it needs to be cleaned and flushed. Have that done before you go thinkin its busted. It MAY be alright.

 

they told me its shot. so i got one off ebay for 125. not bad, the yards around here wanted 500. but shipping for the on i ordered was 180.. still better dealll
